“I have worked in both Agency and Lettings for over 30 years, which brings a wealth of experience dealing with all aspects relating to property sales, lettings and property management. I have recently re-joined “my Harwood family” as the Residential Lettings Manager for Wellington. I am looking forward to the further development of the already successful Rental and Management portfolio, ready to welcome new Landlords and forge new links with previous contacts. My maiden name was Ball which seems apt as I find myself bouncing back to the Harwood Team after working for them for several years previously.”

I joined the Wellington Branch in March 2016 and assist Dean in the running of the Wellington Office. I manage the company finances and the daily running of the lettings account ensuring our landlords are paid promptly. Varying duties include looking after compliance by keeping up to date with industry memberships and legislation such as Propertymark NAEA, GDPR Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering Compliance and the Client Money Protection scheme. Summer shares a keen interest in the property market. Assisting the Rental Manager in providing excellent client care Summer guides new rental applicants into their new homes and manages maintenance contractors to ensure our properties are kept in top condition for our landlords. After successfully completing her Level 3 Business and Administration Apprenticeship Summer is now starting her journey in the Propertymark ARLA lettings qualifications.
