Ali Welson
Office Manager

Ali is the ‘main cog’ in the Harwood Broseley wheel, being with the company for nearly 10 years, as office manager and head of Administration, Ali keeps the team organised and everything running smoothly. Her many roles and responsibilities include, processing contracts, compiling property particulars, getting properties onto the market, paying landlord rents and generally keeping us ‘ship-shape’. Sally Holland
Sales Negotiator

Sally is a Bridgnorth girl and has recently returned to the area after living in Manchester for over ten years. Whilst in Manchester Sally worked in sales for Knight Frank. Sally moved back to Shropshire 18 months ago and joined Harwood as a Rentals Negotiator then moved over to the role of Sales Negotiator. Sally specialises in finding properties with maximum yield for investors. Donna Kimberley
Post-Let Rental Maintenance
& Management Co-Ordinator

Donna is the latest addition to our rental team. Her role encompasses everything from dealing with property maintenance, liaising with landlords and tenants alike and dealing with any issues they may have. Donna has several years’ experience in this role and has joined us having moved to Cressage. She holds the NFoPP ARLA qualification in the technical aspects of residential lettings and property management so is up to date on all the necessary legislation involved in the lettings process. She previously worked for many years in customer services for a global company where she dealt mainly with high level complaints. Donna firmly believes that honesty is the best policy and always strives to provide a first class, professional, service to both tenants and landlords alike. Sue Duckett
Rental Maintenance

Sue has been part of the Harwood team for the past 4 years. In 2013, she took on the role of Maintenance Co-ordinator for the rapidly growing rentals department. She deals with all Rental Maintenance issues using the latest computer software, from leaky taps to collapsing walls! Sue aims to remedy all issues as quickly as possible. Simon Morris
Land, Planning & Development Consultant

Simon has been involved in the property arena for just over 24 years working in both independent estate agencies and setting up his own development consultancy and land acquisition company. Simon has also established and run several other companies, including planning and affordable housing businesses that are still running today. Simon has great experience working on his own or as part of, and managing teams to deliver development projects with planning permission, both bespoke and turn-key. Simon has worked with several off-shore trusts and has great experience of working with legal and professional teams. On a local basis, he has achieved planning on both single plots and barn conversions, through to mixed use projects running into several acres for regional and national house builders. Simon has worked on sites from 1 to 1900 plots and his contact list is living proof of working for so many years in the industry. Charlotte joined Harwood in 2016 as an apprentice and has soon proved to be a valued member of the team. Charlotte’s working week spans both the rental and sales departments providing valuable admin support for both, alongside completing her qualification in customer service. Charlotte brings enthusiasm in her approach to her daily tasks and is keen to learn all aspects of the job role ensuring she is providing the best possible customer service to our client base. She is a joy to have in the office and is very popular with both clients and staff.

Lettings Negotiator

Heather grew up in Broseley so is very familiar with the local area. She has over 2 years of experience working in estate agency where her role combined lettings, sales and office management. She will be working alongside Louise in the rental department and will also undertaking her ARLA certification with the company. She has 10 years’ experience in customer service with 7 of those years being in hospitality and events throughout the country and overseas. Samantha is the newest member of the team who has over 20 years in hospitality/customer service, the majority of which was spent within the fitness industry.
